Products & Sets

Does Coterie design its own product?

Yes! The vast majority of Coterie products are designed by our team and exclusive to us!

Can I find Coterie products in stores?

All of our products are available exclusively at coterieparty.com. Sign up for emails at the bottom of our page to stay tuned for pop-ups and events in your city.

Can I purchase individual items from your Sets?

Nearly all our Set items are available to purchase individually, with the exception of a handful of holiday items and limited edition partnership collections. To shop for individual products, visit our Shop All page.

Do you offer custom party Sets?

You can build your own set using the Shop All page. But if you need help creating the perfect Set, reach out to us at cheers@coterieparty.com with some information about the event and style, and our crew of party planning experts will help.

Can I make changes to your Sets?

You can always add more items to our Sets - simply add any extra items from our Shop All page to your cart and we'll ship it all out together.

If you want to remove or change items, it's easiest to start from scratch using our Shop All page. If you need help creating the perfect Set, reach out to us at cheers@coterieparty.com - our crew of party planning experts will help.

Where do you make your products?

Currently, we manufacture in the US and China. To select our stateside and overseas partners, we prioritize quality, compliance to worker’s safety, fair wages and benefits, and dedication to minimizing environmental impacts. Added bonus: our main production facility in China is owned and operated by women, just like Coterie!

Ordering

How can I check the status of my order?

You can view order status on your Account page, which can be found at the top right corner of our website. You may need to first login under the Sign In page. The Account page will be updated when your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please email us at cheers@coterieparty.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. We ship out orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to process your request.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover debit and credit cards. We also accept Amazon Pay and Paypal Express Checkout.

How do I add a discount or promotion code?

You can add it to your order at checkout in the box that says "Gift card or discount code." Enter the code and your total will reflect the new amount.

Our website allows one discount code per order. If you have multiple discounts, save one for your next order or send it to a friend.

Discount codes are only applicable to "discountable" items. Exclusions may apply.

Why isn't my discount code working?

Trouble with discount codes is commonly caused by expiration dates or what’s in your shopping cart. Double check if the code you received has any restrictions, like a price hurdle or expiration date. Discount codes are also only applicable to "discountable" items. Exclusions may apply.

Can I buy a gift card?

You're a great friend!! Gift cards can be found here and will be delivered to the email you provide in checkout shortly after purchase.

How do I use a gift card?

Enter the unique code on your gift card in the "Gift card or discount code" box during checkout.

Shipping

Where does Coterie ship?

Coterie currently ships to all 50 US states and the District of Columbia. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii and Alaska.

We are working on bringing Coterie everywhere around the world. Tag us @coterieparty to let us know where you live!

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is FREE on orders over $45. For orders under $45, we charge a flat rate of $8 for standard shipping. 

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes! We know the party can't always wait, so we offer expedited shipping at a discounted price.

You can choose between 2-day and overnight delivery. If your order is received by 12pm ET, it will ship out same day. If received after 12pm, we'll do our best to get it out the door quickly but you should add an extra day for processing just in case!

When can I expect to receive my order?

If your order is received by 12pm ET, we do our best to ship it out same day. All other orders will ship out next business day. Please note that this excludes weather related delays that are out of our control, but we will work to make things right where we can!  

Shipping usually takes between 1-5 business days. We pack up your party boxes on the East Coast, so shipping times to the East Coast and Midwest are generally 1-3 days, whereas shipping times to the West Coast are longer.

You are likely to experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii and Alaska.

Does Coterie ship to PO boxes?

At this time, we don't deliver to PO boxes.

Does Coterie ship to APO/FPO/DPO Addresses?

At this time, we don't deliver to APO/FPO/DPO Addresses.

Returns

What is your return policy?

All our party goods are backed by our Coterie promise! If the products you selected didn't work out, you are free to return your items for a refund to the original form of payment. All returns should be received within 30 days of the original purchase date and be in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, go to https://coterieparty.returnly.com.

Please note, we deduct $6 to cover the cost of return shipping and restocking. We don't offer exchanges at this time.

What is your exchange policy?

Our system doesn't allow us to initiate exchanges right now, but who has time to wait for an exchange to be processed? When we're planning a party, we certainly don't. Drop us a line at cheers@coterieparty.com and we’ll do our best to set you up with essentials you love.

How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, go to https://coterieparty.returnly.com.

How and when will I be refunded?

Please allow two weeks for your return to be received and processed. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.

I purchased a Set but I didn't end up using one of the items. Can I return this item only?

Sets are sold as a team and are most fun when used all together! As a result, we can't accept single item returns from a Set. If you don't plan to use all the items in a Set, we suggest shopping for individual items using our Shop All page.
