About Our Referral Program

The Coterie Referral Program allows Coterie customers to earn reward credits (“Reward Credits”) toward future Coterie purchases by referring friends to Coterie. By participating in the Referral Program, you (the “Referrer”) agree to abide by these Referral Program Terms & Conditions and Coterie’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
 
Qualified Referral:
Referrers will receive a Reward Credit for each Qualified Referral. A “Qualified Referral” is defined as a first purchase made at www.coterieparty.com by a person (a "Referred Customer") who arrives to our website by clicking your Coterie Referral Program link. The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address). We automatically disqualify suspicious referrals. If someone you referred made his or her first purchase using your Coterie referral link and you didn’t receive store credit, shoot us an email —cheers@coterieparty.com — and we'll sort it out for you.

 
Referral Rewards: 
For you to earn Reward Credits as a Referrer, the Referred Customer must complete an order on Coterieparty.com and must not placed a previous order on Coterieparty.com.
 
Reward Credits: 
Each Reward Credit will be worth $10 USD in credit on Coterieparty.com. Reward credit may only be applied to orders over $50 (excluding taxes and shipping). A Referrer may earn no more than the equivalent of $500 USD in Reward Credits per calendar year. As a Referrer, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Credits.
 
Eligibility
Eligibility is limited to individuals only. Coterie’s Referral Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation, as determined in Coterie’s sole discretion. You must be a legal resident of the United States.
 
Restrictions
You are only allowed to email referrals to friends and family members (those people with whom you have a personal relationship) and you must have received their permission first. A “friend” is a person with whom you communicate frequently and have met in person before. A “family member” is a person who is your parent, sibling or child or a person with whom you are related through marriage or common-law partnership. You must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws and marketing regulations, which may include the laws where your friends or family members live. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is prohibited. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from Coterie’s Referral Program!
Also, Reward Credits are not valid for cash or cash equivalent and must be used in the currency in which they were received. Reward Credits cannot be transferred to other people or accounts.
 
Right to Close Accounts
Coterie reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the Coterie Referral Program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.
 
Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms
Coterie reserves the right to cancel the Coterie Referral Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. However, it will not affect the expiration date of any referral link that has already been provided, nor your entitlement to use any Reward Credits that you may already have earned, in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
